Good locaton.The receptionists were kind

The size of the rooms, I asked to change the room twice. My first room was appr.10 m2, the second appr.12 ,with a bathroom where you didn't have the room to move because it was so small and and you pay the same price as for a normal size room. The breakfast and the wifi are also very expensive.

Location, service

Typically find that my booking via booking.com guarantee me the lowest end rooms in the hotel. Small, no view. The hotel is fine, but not to the Hilton standard in my opinion. Sheraton across the street is better value for money

Staff was helpful

Bathroom was minimal, tiny shower, one towel rack, but you would never fall down.

I was very pleased to get my room on arrival, since I arrived early in the morning.

You know what to expect with a Hilton and that gives an extra aspect of comfort. Super comfortable bed, good size room, excellent Hilton breakfast. And the staff has always an answer with a big smile.

There was some paperlike material glued to the bottom of the bath tub which was coming off. It wasn't possible to take a bath.

At least in my case, small and uncomfortable room (rather cold), no window light (almost underground); shower box without soap/shampoo holder (need to put them on the ground, stooping up & down); very small washbasin; ... Nothing really serious, but quality not related to (rather high) price
